G'day World...and what a great world it is...

Over the last number of months as part of the ActiveWords Odyssey I have gotten to know Cameron Reilly. Cameron was working in Melbourne, AU for Microsoft when we first "met-up". He had downloaded ActiveWords because of Robert Scoble's blog.

We have become great friends. Using Skype we talk often. Cameron and his friend Mick Stanic decided to start doing Podcasts. Mick's in Sydney and has a tech background also.

Last Friday afternoon we all got on Skype and they recorded our conversation. Needless to say they gave me lots of airtime, allowed me to pitch ActiveWords, but our conversation got into all kinds of things including Bloggercon and GeoPodcasting.

About 4 A.M. this morning, I started noticing people downloading ActiveWords because of the podcast.  Here's the deal, go here i.e. G'day World!

 As I wrote above, we used Skype, talked for about a hour about bunch of stuff.  I think this idea, excluding my portion of the the content, shows how powerful this aggregated technology is.

 

Huge amount of fun, great guys, and a dazzling platform.

 

They want me to come down to the 2005 Australian Blogging Conference, and I may just go!
