A nice lady just showed me her pics from our driving by our general aviation airport.

It did occur to me that the owners of these planes had more than enough time to fly their planes out of harms way. In small plane lingo they call flying somewhere just for fun the "$200 hamburger. "

Seems to me that the insurance companies that insure little planes like this ought to have stupidity coverage, i.e. you get to pay extra for being stupid, and leaving your plane in the path of the storm.
